1. General Conditions

2. Payments & Security
All payments are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. The Office Shop Kandy does not store your credit/debit card numbers. Ensure you provide accurate billing information to avoid order cancellation.
3. Return & Refund Policy (The “7-Day” Rule)
- 7-Day Window: You are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if the item is physically damaged upon arrival, is non-functional (Dead on Arrival), or the wrong model was sent.
- Strict “No Change of Mind” Policy: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, find a cheaper price elsewhere, or decide the model is not what you wanted after the purchase.
- Condition of Goods: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Once the factory seal is broken or toner/ink has been installed, the item cannot be returned for a refund.
4. Warranty Support
Printers and copiers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. While we assist in the process, the final decision on warranty repairs rests with the brand’s authorized service center.
5. Shipping & Delivery
