Return and Refund Policy

At The Office Shop Kandy, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the technical nature of our products (printers, copiers, and consumables), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive brand-new, factory-sealed equipment.
1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This window is strictly enforced to ensure timely reporting of any transit-related issues.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted if the product meets one of the following criteria:

Damaged on Arrival: The product has visible physical damage incurred during shipping.

Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product does not power on or function out of the box due to a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Item: The product delivered does not match the model or specifications listed on your order confirmation.
3. “No Change of Mind” Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for “change of mind” or “incorrect selection” by the customer. We strongly recommend that you consult with our sales team or review the technical specifications of the printer or copier before completing your purchase.
4. Condition for Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

All factory seals, tapes, and protective films must be intact.

The item must not have been registered for warranty or connected to a network.

Strict Note: Once a printer or copier has been unboxed, powered on, or has had toner/ink cartridges installed, it is ineligible for return or refund. Any subsequent issues must be handled under the Manufacturer Warranty.
5. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it to verify the claim (damage/defect).

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.

Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item) or a defect (DOA), The Office Shop Kandy will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Kandy service center.
